Terms and Conditions

By booking with GTA Executive Limousine, you agree to the following:

1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be confirmed in advance

• Deposits may be required for events

• Full payment may be required prior to service

2. Cancellations

• Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to fees

• Same-day cancellations are non-refundable

3. Wait Time

• Airport pickups include a grace period

• Additional wait time may be billed

​

4. Conduct

• No illegal activity permitted in vehicles

• Damage to vehicles will be charged to the client

5. Delays

We are not responsible for delays due to:

• Traffic

• Weather

• Mechanical issues beyond our control

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service booked.
